Co-Instructor

You’ll be the course guide for an entire cohort of Nurse Coaches in training, offering them relentless support and mentorship to be 100% successful.

You’ll be working with them inside the course, coaching them on live video calls, and being their point of contact for the entirety of their learning journey.

But we’re not paying you for your time. Rather, we’re compensating you generously for the value that you provide every single student in this course.

Onboarding Specialist:

Title: Onboarding Specialist for the Transformative Nurse Coaching Program.

Role: In essence, you'll be the person taking application calls with nurses who are interested in becoming a Transformative Nurse Coach.

These calls integrate coaching, education, and selling.

Do you remember how important that conversation was when you were applying for this program?

Well, you can now be the person to guide prospective students to gain clarity on where they're at in their career, and how becoming a Nurse Coach will transform their life and practice.

You'll put your availability on our calendar, and we'll fill it up with prospective students who are highly interested in this role. You'll never do cold-calling.

Then, you'll follow one of the most streamlined and effective sales processes on the planet - you'll call your prospect, follow a world-class script, and leverage a series of automated workflows after each call.

Start Date: ASAP

The Pay:

You'll have the opportunity to earn more than $60/hour - while making your own schedule and working from home.

You'll be compensated in the following ways:

$200 per Conversion (when a prospect becomes paying student)
$500 for your training hours after your first 10 sales

The Schedule:

You will have a high degree of flexibility. You choose your availability based on your schedule and lifestyle.

Time Commitment:

You must be available to take enrollment calls for a minimum of 20 hours weekly, in 4-8 hour blocks of time.

Training for the position will begin ASAP.

The Location:

Pretty much anywhere in the world that has solid internet access. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely in any environment that supports you as a professional.

However, it is non-negotiable that you are in a quiet place where you can remain totally focused and completely undisturbed for the duration of your call availability blocks.

Co-Instructor

Title: Co-Instructor for the Transformative Nurse Coach Certificate Program.

Role: In essence, you are going to be the face of what an incredible Nurse Coach looks like, modeling the nursing role that your students are aspiring towards.

You'll be the point person for your assigned Collective - approximately 30 students who you’ll be working with from start to finish.

Within the training, you'll help your students navigate the learning process in a way that is both fun and empowering. You’ll interact with them virtually, at first, by offering them feedback within course discussions, facilitating group video conferences, replying to their questions, and connecting over the phone. You’ll make them feel truly supported throughout every step of their journey.

The Pay:

You’ll earn $12,500 for your hard work in providing expert mentorship to your students.

The Schedule:

You will have a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to complete most of your assigned work each week on your own schedule. This applies to all responding within the course, emailing, and calls with students.

Since video conferences will need to be scheduled many months in advance, we’ll work alongside you to ensure that you are 100% available.

Required check-in calls with students are based on your availability.

Course start and end dates vary.

Time Commitment:

Each Collective runs for about 7 months in length. While each week varies greatly in terms of time commitment, you can expect to spend about 6 hours/week completing your assigned work virtually.

Training for the position will begin 4 weeks prior to the course start date.

The Location:

Pretty much anywhere in the world that has solid internet access. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely in any environment that supports you as a professional.

However, for any phone or video calls, you’ll need to be in a quiet place where you can remain undisturbed for the duration of the call.
